While president of the Parkview HOA, our board hired L & D Construction to make the clubhouse entrance more handicap accessible. They were to accomplish this as well as relocating our handicap parking spaces and repainting all existing parking spaces. The job was done quickly, professionally, and on time. In May of 2021 our board hired L & D Construction to renovate the clubhouse great room. This renovation included removal and replacement of the entire ceiling, electrical, sound system, flooring, and insulation. We were kept informed of the progress throughout the renovation. The job again was completed on time with no surprises. Needless to say they did an outstanding job! Our community loves the changes! The room is used on a daily basis for card games, arts and crafts, and a place to relax with friends . It has also become a much more appealing room for other social events. We could not be more pleased with their work and their professionalism. They stand by their work no questions asked. I highly recommend L & D Construction.

Gems was in the middle of a construction project for our warehouse during the pandemic and our original contractor bailed on us. We then turned to L and D construction to start and complete our interior office build out. David and Larry with L and D Construction met with our general manager and owner, reviewed the plans. Once the contract was signed L and D Construction started our project. L and D was able to effectively meet our project scheduling requirements. Their crew was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner with attention to detail, quality, and safety.
