L and D Construction LLC. was founded in Orlando, Florida in  2004 by David LaFontaine and Larry Rosecrants. After working twenty years in the commercial and residential building industry throughout Central Florida, David & Larry decided to  specialize in  commercial renovations and build out.  The company set its initial goals to become a leader in this specialized market and began establishing itself as a honest, go-to company for both renovations and new build out.   The company now undertakes new ground up work as well and specializes in warehouses, restaurants, apartment buildings, club houses, gyms, doctor offices and commercial renovation work within Florida.

The company maintains their corporate headquarters in central Orlando, and successfully manages projects throughout the State of Florida on a regular basis.  The company has focused mainly on  commercial markets described above, with an annual volume averaging $5,000,000.
